Scientific Program Registration

Scientific program registration includes admittance to all sessions at the Bellagio, course materials, and meals listed in the program. Note that scientific program registration is open to surgeons and other health care providers. Registration for non-medical personnel is available in the corporate attendee category below.

 Corporate Registration

Corporate registration is for exhibiting company representatives, medical device company personnel, independent consultants, and any other attendees that are not health care providers. It includes admittance to the general session, exhibit hall, and all meals listed in the program. Corporate attendees are not allowed to attend a competing company's workshop without permission.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to Rebecca Given at [email protected]. Full refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be provided for cancellations received by September 5, 2025. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded unless there is a documented medical or travel emergency or institutional travel policy. Lab registration cancellations within 30 days of the program will not be refunded unless we can fill your place.
